Why we exist
Growing manufacturers and distributors around Taichung often expand sales faster than their accounts payable desks can keep pace. Duplicate invoices, rushed approvals, and unmatched receipts then sit quietly until cash is already gone. We formed APIGenTech to examine those payable files with the patience of field auditors and the practicality of people who have sat beside AP clerks at month-end.

Our office is at No.13,KungYeh31thRd.IndustrialZoneTaichungTaiwan(China). Much of our fieldwork happens on client premises across the industrial zone and greater Taichung, with hybrid file review when travel would slow the engagement without improving the evidence.
How we approach an engagement
We start with your payable cycle as it actually runs — who enters invoices, who approves exceptions, and how payment batches are released. Testing follows the cash risk, not a fixed checklist meant for every ledger. Findings are written in plain language so a controller and a payable supervisor can share the same memo.
